In Super Mario 3D Land, shaking the Nintendo 3DS while viewing the fourth picture in the album will make Mario jump in Peach’s thought bubble. Shaking for a longer amount of time will make a Goomba jump out from behind the wall. Shaking for an even longer amount of time, after the Goomba has already appeared multiple times, will make Luigi jump out from behind the wall.
Here’s the final version of Oogie Boogie. I really like the addition of the shadows. When I first started drawing this, I wanted to make him look creepier. One of the things I struggle with, when doing fan art is interpretation. I have to remind myself that it’s ok to put my own spin on things. I’m glad that let myself do what I want with this. I wanted a more villainous look for him. :)
Some lighting has been added to it. It’s been a struggle to emphasize his features more. The second photo was a change in contrast. I think it looks good. :)
I got the basic colors done last night. Today has been fixing up the colors. I also managed to clean up some of the drawing. I got more clean up to do, before I can start the next step. Tyr’ahnee from Duck Dodgers.
